In Bergen County, the Justice Center at 10 Main Street in Hackensack is where indictable cases are heard, and the Prosecutor's Office uses that same address. Bergen has many small towns, each with its own municipal court or a shared one, so a DWI from Route 17, Route 4, or I-80 is usually heard in the town where the stop happened, not in Hackensack.
